Just another Chick Flick

Ok so my small blurb might not be completey true, as I didnt expect this to be a blood and guts movie between two brides (although that would be more interesting). Trust me I've seen my fair share of chick flicks, and im not going to try to be a big macho guy and say that I haven't enjoyed any of them, there has been a couple that I liked, but this one does not fit that category.

With a storyline based around the fact that two best friends book their weddings on the same day, and try to do everything piossible to sabotage the others wedding, this movie was only going in one way, towards a divorce. The story was very predictable, the side love story could be seen from a mile away, and there was no point what so ever where this movie made me laugh or even bring a tear to my eye. And isn't that the point of girly movies?

Overall I've seen better chick flicks in my day and this one does not match up at all. Poor storyline, acting was decent (only bareable aspect of this movie), very poor humor, a love story that is too easy to predict, and not even a bag of onions would have brought a tear to my eye, all equal a really boring chick flick. The ladies may like this one because of the wedding aspect(dont all girls like that kinda stuff), but fellas leave this one to her and her friends to watch. Send her on a ladies night out and don't get sucked into watching this one.
